Before we put pencil to paper, one of our designers will personally visit and evaluate your site. Some objectives of this visit include:

• Photographing the site for further use
• Studying the typography
• Evaluating views, adjoining buildings, etc...
• Solar orientation
• Trees and other natural features to be saved

Before we are able to move on to the design phase, we will need to obtain a land survey of your property from a registered surveyor. We can assist you in finding a surveyor and conveying the specifics needed on the survey.
