Following the initial meeting, questionnaire, and site visit we begin the conceptual design process (Also known as Schematic Design). Throughout this phase hand sketches, exterior elevations, site plan, and other pertinent information are prepared for presentation to you. We realize this is your dream home and encourage your input; Only after you are satisfied with the design concept will we proceed to the next phase.
