Construction drawings (often referred to as Working Drawings) contain the technical information needed to bid your house, obtain building permits from the city, and construct your home. This is generally the most time consuming phase of the project as we prepare final floor plans, site and grading plans, exterior elevations, building sections, details, interior elevations (showing cabinetry), reflected ceiling plans, structural framing plans, electrical layout, and specifications. The extent of these drawings will vary based on the complexity of the project.
