The bidding phase is where the construction drawings are dispersed to the contractor or contractors in order to bid on your project. There are several ways this process can be handled, and we can advise you on what may be appropriate for your particular situation. An example of this is the decision whether to competitively bid the project to 3-5 general contractors or do a negotiated contract with a pre-selected contractor. In either case, once the bids come in, we will review them and meet with you to advise you on the most favorable bid (which may not be the lowest).
