In this phase of your project we take the hand drawings from schematic design and translate them into 3D CAD drawings which is an example of what you see here. This tool enables you and your builder to better visualize the project in greater detail then would otherwise be possible. 3D renderings also give us the ability to portray selections, products, colors, and even the movement of the sun (sun studies).
